Skill competition: In order to improve the quality awareness, improve the quality and qualification rate of products, meet customers’requirements, our company sets summer and autumn post skill competitions. We have been holding this competition as scheduled for three years, we found many outstanding people in the competition, and they constantly refresh the record of the last competition. In order to achieve the goal of promoting learning and long skills with competition, cultivating and tempering the employee team, creatign a good and efficient working atmosphere of the company, and exploring job skill experts (reserve cadres or skilled talents for the company) to enhance soft power,our company is also constantly increased the number of competitions.
From November 1 to November 4, 2022, our company launched a four-day workshop-based " 2022 Tianmei Autumn Skills Competition Week".
Skill competition ini this year was different from the past: 9 units of group participation have been added, including hardware workshop, injection workshop, assembly workshop, parts workshop, quality control department, warehouse. There were totally 14 units and 185 people participated in.
After 4 days of intense and intense preliminary rounds and competitions, 54 winners stood out from 185 outstanding participants in the objective and fair evaluation of the judges.Each of them is excellent.
